Job summary

NEOM Wellbeing in Guildford is seeking a Seasonal Keyholder to join our festive season team for 18 hours per week. You will support store opening/closing, drive sales, deliver a premium customer journey and help with stock and merchandising.

The role requires prior keyholder or supervisory retail experience, a positive, resilient attitude, and flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, including late nights.

Qualifications

• Essential previous keyholder or retail supervisory experience.
• Availability to work both weekdays and weekends during the contract, including late nights.
• Comfort with opening and closing the store at the start of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive forward sales, KPIs and company objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional NEOM Wellbeing customer journey with open questions and product demonstrations.
• Support stock management, unload deliveries and restock shelves.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance for shifts.
• Uphold housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards; be a team player.

Job description

We're looking for a Seasonal Keyholder with a passion and flair for customer service to join our Guildford store team over the festive season, our busiest trading period of the year for 18 hours a week.

We want people who pride themselves on giving every customer an exceptional experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values. A passion for the health or beauty industry would be a real bonus.

You'll work well as part of a team, thrive under pressure and stay positive and professional when things change quickly. That happens a lot at Christmas!

Previous keyholder or retail supervisory experience is essential, because you'll be supporting with opening and closing the store from early on.

Availability:

You must be available to work weekdays and weekends throughout the contract, including late nights.
