You will be responsible for ensuring customer needs are met while providing excellent customer service and dispensing medications. Qualifications

• Must have Dispensing NVQ Level 2 Qualification.
• Experience working in a retail or customer-focused background.
• Must have a caring and confident manner when serving and advising patients.

Responsibilities

• Dispense items into compliance aids or monitored dosage systems.
• Check that receipt of prescriptions at the medicines counter has been correctly performed.
• Provide excellent levels of customer service to all customers.
• Support the services as required by identifying opportunities.
• Clinically check all prescriptions to avoid possible drug interactions.
