The University of Edinburgh invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join the School of Regeneration and Repair / Centre for Inflammation Research. This full-time, fixed-term position (35 hours per week) spans 19 months and may offer hybrid working arrangements on a non-contractual basis.

The project focuses on PFKFB3 regulation in liver disease and hepatocellular carcinoma using single-cell and spatial techniques.

Competenze

• PhD in biology or a closely related field.
• Experience in wet lab biology.
• Experience with bioinformatics and spatial approaches.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated postdoctoral research fellow in with expertise in wet lab biology and bioinformatics, to work on a project single-cell and spatial approaches to understand the role of PFKFB3 in regulating liver disease and hepatocellular carcinoma.
