Elvet Recruitment are working with a successful and trusted House Builder looking for a Group Social Media Coordinator in the North East on a 14 month fixed term basis.

Reporting to the Senior Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the creation and implementation of content across multiple social media channels for the client, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across platforms.

This is a perfect opportunity for individuals with a passion for social media to develop a range of social media strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist with planning, publishing, and evaluating posts across various social channels.
  • Build relationships with content creators and homeowners to amplify reach.
  • Manage inbound messages and coordinate with internal teams for follow-up.
  • Use tools like Canva and Photoshop for editing images, videos, and text content.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Capture and produce short‑form content (e.g. reels) on location at our developments.
  • Brainstorm new ways to boost engagement, visibility, and follower growth.
  • Plan and support events with brand partners and social ambassadors.
  • Keep current on social trends, maintaining an aligned and agile content calendar.
  • Track performance and share insights with the wider team; provide content tips as needed.
  • Coordinate with creative partners including PR firms, influencers, and photographers.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualification in marketing or digital media preferred.
  • CIM membership is a plus.
  • Skilled in storytelling, digital analytics, and crafting content.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Able to engage diverse audiences and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience delivering creative, on‑brand campaigns.
  • Comfortable coordinating influencer outreach and event logistics.
  • Thrives under pressure, meets deadlines, multitasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude with a flexible, team‑first mindset.
  • Proficient in social platforms (TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, FB) and standard tools.
  • Prior success in a social media‑focused role.
  • Familiarity with campaign planning across TikTok, IG, and FB.
  • Confident using visual tools like Canva/Photoshop and managing creative output.
  • Experience with scheduling/analytics tools (e.g. Iconosquare or similar).
  • Background in property or construction marketing is a bonus.
Role Information:
