Job summary

DX Network Services Limited in the UK is hiring a 12t Driver to join our parcel and logistics operation. You will deliver customers' products on a multi‑drop route with a focus on safe loading, accurate paperwork and exceptional customer service.

You will represent DX in a professional manner, perform daily vehicle checks, use DX scanning equipment, and follow all legal and company procedures to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must hold C1 or above on licence with valid DQC and Tacho card.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence and no bans.
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build a rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent DX in a professional manner at all times.
• Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements at all times.
• All daily checks are undertaken ensuring defects are reported and correct paperwork completed.
• Ensure all products are scanned using DX scanning equipment.
• Ensure deliveries are loaded safely prior to leaving the depot.
• Observe DX procedures and policies at all times.
• Manage routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved.
• Use proper PPE and equipment, report issues to traffic office as needed.
