Are you a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist looking for a supportive, well-equipped mixed practice where you can grow your private income while enjoying genuine clinical freedom?

Up to £12,000 Bonus Package*

To support dentists joining our practices and reward long-term commitment, we're offering a bonus package of up to £12,000, paid as follows:

• £2,000 Sign-Up Payment: payable on signing your Associate Agreement to help support relocation or associated costs.
• £5,000 Retention Bonus: payable after completing 12 months' continuous service.
• £5,000 Loyalty Bonus: payable after completing 24 months' continuous service.
