Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
• Experience with attraction and sourcing techniques; training will be provided.
• Ability to relate to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage recruitment campaigns from attraction to onboarding.
• Directly source and headhunt talent using various tools.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines in line with growth demands.
• Ensure recruiting managers are supported in attracting and selecting the right candidates.
