TJX Europe in Watford offers a 12-month industrial placement across our offices, distribution centers and retail stores (TK Maxx & Homesense). You’ll join a global team applying Lean Six Sigma to improve processes, scope projects, define metrics, and implement sustainable gains with measurable results.

This placement develops your business analysis, project management and communication skills, with opportunities to progress to Yellow Belt and gain real business impact in a Fortune 100 off-price

Formación

• Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Engineering/Science (preferred, not essential).
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and DMAIC methodology; LSS Green and/or Yellow belt training an asset.
• Demonstrated project management skills including structured project methodologies and developing detailed development plans.

Responsabilidades

• You’ll be participating in process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology, including scoping, defining, prioritizing projects, identifying project metrics and developing control plans.
• You’ll support research identifying improvement opportunities and developing sustainable improvement strategies to boost productivity and efficiencies.
• You’ll provide planning support using the DMAIC roadmap to identify metrics, validate solutions and ensure gains are continuous and measurable.
• You’ll act as an internal consultant to identify opportunities and provide recommendations including Voice of the Customer and data analysis.
• Collaborating with TJX Europe departments to analyze data, observe findings, and develop recommendations.
