A leading security solutions provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a skilled Technical Support Lead to provide expert-level assistance across the South East. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and over five years of relevant experience. You'll be responsible for leading troubleshooting and supporting field operations. Job Description Provide expert-level technical support, lead operational improvements, and mentor team members while serving as a key contact for complex technical challenges.
This is a 12 month FTC and covers all of the South East of the UK, as far north as Northampton and as far south as Kent, supporting existing Field Service Engineers at Airports within the region.
Strong preference for candidates who have proven repair / maintenance experience of CT / Xray machines.
