Job summary

A reputable healthcare organization is seeking a Team Administrator in Peterlee for 12 months full-time. This role involves providing efficient support to the East Durham Getting Help Service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in an administrative environment, and the ability to manage confidential information. Salary ranges from £24,937 to £26,598 per annum, pro rata.

Qualifications

  • Must possess Level 3 Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous administrative experience is required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first point of contact for service users and families.
  • Manage diaries, filing systems, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle enquiries and maintain confidentiality.
