Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in the United Kingdom. The role requires handling transactions at the register, stocking shelves, and ensuring clean, organized store presentation while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work with a team to meet store goals, assist with merchandising, and support management with assigned tasks. The position may be full-time or part-time, with varied shifts and responsibilities across daily

Responsabilités

• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Merchandise sales floor and stock.
• Merchandise coolers and display areas.
• Check in with vendors as needed.
• Communicate daily issues to management.
• Follow PMG safety and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate integrity and respect in all tasks.
• Assist management with other duties.
• Perform exterior and interior cleaning.

Description

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Education

• *Preferred* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
