Trainee Pharmacy Assistant – Permanent Contract (11170-16 hour)

We are looking to recruit a 16-hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at our 568‑branch located at 8 Harehill Road, Littleborough, OL15 9AB.

Shift Pattern
  • Monday 11:30‑14:30
  • Tuesday 11:30‑14:30
  • Wednesday 11:30‑14:30
  • Thursday 11:30‑14:30
  • Friday 11:30‑15:00

Whilst working in this branch you will gain excellent knowledge and skills which will contribute to you successfully gaining the recognised Counter Course and NVQ level 2 qualification in Dispensing.

About the Role

This position is ideally suited to someone with previous customer service experience and who is willing to undertake the relevant training courses in order to progress.

Duties
  • Accurate dispensing and labelling of prescription items with guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
  • Assisting with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary and the shop.
  • Maintaining utmost attention to detail, working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Learning and progressing your career in our business.
