Overview

Apprentice Trainee Pharmacy Assistant – 12‑month fixed term contract. 40‑hour week at Mowbray Medical Centre, Myrtle Square, Harrogate, HG1 5AR.

Shift Pattern
  • Monday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unauthorised lunch break)
  • Tuesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unauthorised lunch break)
  • Wednesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unauthorised lunch break)
  • Thursday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unauthorised lunch break)
  • Friday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unauthorised lunch break)
Pay

£7.55 an hour.

Training & Career Path

This role is part of a Pharmacy Apprenticeship (Level 2) and offers full training. Successful completion may lead to a permanent position within the business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and work to high standards.
  • Assist in the smooth running of the branch by following company procedures.
  • Dispense and label prescription items under the guidance of a colleague.
  • Progress through the comprehensive training programme covering all aspects of pharmacy services.
