We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Travel Administrator to join our team. This position will be responsible for handling administrative duties related to travel bookings, cheques, and post, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post Management: Handle incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely distribution of correspondence to the relevant departments and clients.
  • Cheque Handling: Manage and process cheques for payments, including tracking and record-keeping to ensure accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, organising paperwork, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Travel Booking Support: Assist in organising travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements as needed for both staff and clients.
  • Data Entry and Filing: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all travel-related information is updated and easily accessible.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate travel details and handle any issues or requests that arise.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to travel bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks as requested by management.
