Job summary

Long-Term Teachers Ltd is seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND in mainstream primary schools across Torquay and surrounding areas. This full-time temp role starts ASAP and offers a daily rate of £105–£115.

Expect one-to-one support, close collaboration with teachers and SENCOs, and opportunities across short- and long-term placements. Ideal candidates will have SEND/SEMH experience, a patient and empathetic approach, and a commitment to equality and safeguarding.

The role focuses on academic, social and emotional development, with tailored one-to-one support and close collaboration with class teachers and SENCOs.

The Role
