Are you a passionate Teacher who wants to make a genuine difference? Do you enjoy supporting young people to re-engage with education in a way that feels personal, meaningful and supportive? If so, The Catch UP Academy would love to hear from you.
The Catch UP Academy is an alternative provision that works closely with local councils and schools to support students who are not currently able to attend mainstream education. Our mission is to help young people rediscover confidence, rebuild learning routines and achieve positive outcomes through carefully tailored, one-to-one tuition.
As a Teacher with The Catch UP Academy, you will deliver 1-to-1 tuition to students with SEND, SEMH or medical needs. These students are not in school, which is why tuition may take place in the home, in a local library or online. Every programme is personalised to meet the individual needs of the learner.
You will be working closely with one student at a time, allowing you to build strong relationships and adapt your teaching style to suit their interests, abilities and emotional needs. No two students are the same, and this role is ideal for a Teacher who values a nurturing, patient and flexible approach.
We are seeking a committed Teacher who is passionate about supporting young people on their educational journey. You will be someone who understands that progress looks different for every student and who can provide encouragement, structure and consistency.
You must hold QTS and be confident delivering personalised learning that supports both academic development and personal growth. Whether you are looking for part-time work or a full-time equivalent role, we offer flexibility to fit around your availability.
This is an opportunity for a Teacher to make a meaningful impact, helping students re-engage with education in a safe and supportive environment. You will benefit from flexible working hours, competitive pay of 28 to 30 per hour, and the chance to focus on what really matters - supporting students one at a time.
If you are a Teacher who wants to change lives through compassionate, individualised education, we would love to welcome you to The Catch UP Academy.
