Daily pay: £90–£100

Are you patient, observant, and great at building trust one child at a time? This could be a role where your support makes all the difference to a pupil’s school day.

We’re working with a large, well-organised secondary school that puts inclusion and wellbeing at the heart of what it does. They’re looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil who needs consistent, calm guidance to access learning and feel confident in the classroom.

The role
  • Providing dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil during the school day
  • Helping the pupil stay engaged, regulated and ready to learn
  • Supporting learning activities under the direction of the class teacher
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and positive routines
  • Working closely with SEN, pastoral staff and teaching teams

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
