Job summary

Exceed Learning Partnership is recruiting a Teaching Assistant at Bentley High Street Primary School in Doncaster. The role is 27.5 hours per week, term-time plus two training days, and initially temporary until 31 August 2027 with the possibility of a permanent contract within the Exceed group.

The successful candidate will work 1-1 with allocated children with SEND in our Early Years provision, supporting their learning and development under the supervision of teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Experience of working 1-1 with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Term-time plus 2 additional training days.
• Understanding of Early Years education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 support to allocated children with SEND in the Early Years provision.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning support.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment and pupil development.
