Job summary

Supply Desk, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, is recruiting passionate 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to support students in Buckingham and surrounding areas. You will work one-to-one with pupils who require additional support due to SEN, helping them engage in learning and build confidence.

Experience working with children is desirable, with a focus on SEN understanding, effective communication, and flexible approach across different school settings in Buckingham.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
  • Understanding of Special Educational Needs and inclusive support strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Supply Desk, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to support students in schools located in Buckingham and the surrounding areas. We are looking for caring and motivated individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. In this role, you will work one-to-one with pupils who require additional support due to special educational needs, helping them engage in learning and develop confidence.
