Job summary

Wmjobs is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to support a Year 6 pupil with an EHCP on a 15 hour per week fixed term until July 2027. The role runs 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with 1:1 SEND support.

In addition, the post includes lunchtime supervision totaling 4 hours per week (approx finish at 1:00 pm or 12:30 pm on certain days). We value excellent communication, teamwork and the ability to uphold the school's Christian ethos.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for an identified KS2 pupil with SEND.
• Has excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Be able to support the Christian ethos of our school.

Responsibilities
