Qualifications

• Previous experience as a SEND Learning Support Assistant.
• Confidence in supporting non-verbal students using AAC devices.
• Ability to maintain firm boundaries and a calm manner.

• Implement TEACCH-based structured tasks.
• Manage and respond to challenging behaviours.
