Job summary

Prospero Teaching are partnered with Local Councils and SEND teams throughout the UK. We provide educational support to individuals who are currently out of mainstream education, those seeking additional support, and individuals with SEND.

We are looking for a KS1- KS4 Tutor with QTS to support 1:1 Maths and English for students with Autism/ADHD, working during school hours in a local library or the student’s home.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils
• UK classroom teaching experience
• Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box

Responsibilities

• Provide KS1-KS4 Maths and English 1:1 tutoring
• Assess current ability and reintroduce education into routine
• Deliver lessons in a local library or the student’s home
• Coordinate with schools to find suitable provision
