TeacherActive is recruiting Outreach Tutors to work across Stoke on Trent on a long-term basis, delivering personalised 1:1 tuition outside of mainstream classrooms. You will assess needs, plan engaging lessons, and support progress in home and community settings.

Successful candidates will have QTS/QTLS or a UK teaching qualification, strong behaviour management, and experience with SEND/SEMH. Competitive pay and 24/7 consultant support are offered.

Formación

• QTS, QTLS or relevant UK recognised teaching qualification
• Experience delivering 1:1 tuition or supporting children and young people outside of a mainstream classroom
• Experience working with pupils with additional needs, including SEND, SEMH or those requiring alternative provision
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A patient, adaptable and resilient approach
• The ability to plan engaging, personalised learning programmes
