This role involves creating and delivering personalized lessons to help re-engage students in their education. Commitment, creativity, and patience are essential, especially when working with pupils facing challenges. The position offers GBP25 to GBP30 per hour based on qualifications and experience, typically requiring 6 hours per week per student.

Qualifications

• Experience tutoring Maths and English on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• QTS is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working with challenging behaviour and disengaged pupils.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and deliver tailored 1:1 lessons.
• Support and re-engage pupils in their learning.
• Submit weekly reports on pupil progression.
