Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking English, Maths and Science Tutors to deliver bespoke 1:1 tuition to secondary-aged learners without a school placement, primarily in Rochdale.

The role involves planning and delivering tailored lessons to bridge KS3/KS4 gaps, supporting disengaged and at-risk pupils across the UK. It is a contract tutoring position with flexible hours, starting ASAP and continuing until reintegration.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent.
• UK classroom teaching experience.
• Creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.
• Experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in KS3 or KS4.
• Plan and create bespoke tuition packages to support reintegration.
• Support disengaged and vulnerable learners to raise attainment.
