A specialized educational organization in the North East is seeking a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to pupils with complex needs. We’re working with a specialist school in Durham that supports pupils with complex needs and behaviour that challenges. They’re looking for a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant who can bring calm to busy moments, consistency to uncertain days, and compassion to every interaction.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
