A global IT services provider is seeking a Technical Expert for Web Proxy deployment. The role involves collaborating with project managers and teams to assess needs, prepare user migrations, manage issues, and provide troubleshooting support. Strong expertise in Skyhigh (McAfee) and a minimum of 5 years in network or server administration is necessary. The position is hybrid, allowing remote work in addition to onsite support in Paris.

Service Context

AXA GO / Cyber Defense is leading a major program of Web Proxy deployment (based on Skyhigh (ex McAfee) product). AXA GO is in charge of deploying the product among all AXA entities worldwide. This program is made of several projects in many AXA entities around the world. We are looking for a Technical Expert service to reinforce delivery capacity within project teams.

Service description

The Service must have Skyhigh (McAfee) Web Gateway Expert

The service will provide and support As Web Gateway expert you must have technical experience on User and Application's internet access delivery, strong collaboration, and customer relation skills to carry out all responsibilities below (during migration projects) :

For each new AXA Entity to be migrated, you will collaborate in a Project hand in hand with a project manager supporting him with your expertise on proxies. Other contributors will be end-user project managers, workplace teams, network teams, security teams) and your key responsibilities will be to :

• Assess the web proxy current situation, needs and define the technical activities of project
• Prepare User migration to Cloud proxy Group solution.
• Make the settings in Proxy Production environment (HNO operations)
• Manage migration of Users
• Manage incidents and trouble shoot when required
• Analyze user or application internet activities for security purpose and performance improvement.
• Support Level 3 of Skyhigh webgateways global solution (no BAU activity, no level 1 support)
• Raise service request or incident ticket to Vendor
• Collaborate closely with workplace support teams to support device browsing topics.
• Collaborate closely with Active Directory support teams to support authentication topics.
• Collaborate closely with security teams on security request and topics.

The service will be provided Paris + remote

Expertise

Mandatory functional expertise :

Strong Technical knowledge and expertise in :

• Webgateways security role and key design.
• Preferably McAfee / Skyhigh webgateway solution on premise & cloud (mandatory significative expertise on proxy solutions)
• Migrating users from on premise proxy to Cloud solution
• TLS inspection mechanisms
• Active Directory and Authentication mechanisms
• End Point Protection mechanisms (SEP, Antivirus, EDR, DLP)
• Microsoft Windows Device, Mac Os Device web browsing
• Firewalling and Loadbalancing technology
• Network and security key principles on Internet, LAN / WAN, SDWAN, Remote access VPN, Split tunneling
• Workplace task expertise (preferred)
• Good expertise of server administration
• 5 years' expertise in Network Domain, Workplace / Server administration
• Project oriented - pro activity, customer oriented, respect of plannings
• Communication skills - English mandatory.
