SUMMARY

Are you a disruptor? Do you love being outside? Do you love cooking? Gozney is seeking a Territory Manager (TM) to be the face of the brand with our retail accounts in the French market by expanding our distribution base and helping to drive sell‑through. A great TM isn’t simply a salesperson. They create meaningful face‑to‑face relationships with key retailers by launching new products, performing product knowledge clinics and creating events for shop employees and consumers to experience cooking on a Gozney, while driving the execution of our brand strategy in their market.

This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer initially and is a full‑time role based in France and will cover the French territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospect, qualify and open new retail accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with Gozney dealers and their staff
  • Educate retailers about new product introductions and the Gozney brand
  • Perform product demonstrations and product knowledge clinics
  • Deliver and assemble POP material and sales collateral
  • Support marketing and event activations
  • Attend and support key trade shows hosted in their region and national trade shows as requested
  • Create a yearly business plan that aligns with the overall company objectives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Valid driving licence (Permis B)
  • Must live in France
  • Fluent in French and English
  • At least 12 months of field sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue
  • Ability to use Office 365, Slack, and other business apps
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Manage relationships with dealer base, Gozney sales team, and Gozney HQ
  • Excellent follow‑up to emails, calls, etc.
  • An outgoing, fun‑to‑be‑around leader capable of leaving a wake
  • Understanding of on‑hand inventory, sell‑through, and inventory management
  • Ability to execute a strategy and deliver a revenue plan
  • Self‑starter capable of problem‑solving and working autonomously
  • Interest in food and cooking
