Talent Acquisition Tech Team Manager (x/f/m)

Doctolib is looking for a Talent Acquisition Tech Team Manager to join our Tech & Product Talent Acquisition team in Paris. You will play a strategic role in ensuring we achieve our ambitious tech hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate.

What you’ll do

  • You will lead and coach a team of recruiters focused on attracting top tech talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare
  • You will develop and oversee recruitment strategies and processes that drive our talent attraction initiatives; from building comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimizing closing rates and enhancing our employer branding
  • You will lead high-level stakeholder management, partnering and advising the tech leadership team, including the CTO, to align recruitment strategies with business objectives while leveraging data to inform strategic talent decisions
  • You will drive recruitment operational excellence by implementing and optimizing tools and processes to enhance your team performance
  • You will establish and maintain best practices for candidate experience, ensuring your team advocates effectively for candidates throughout the recruitment process

Who you are

  • You have at least 6+ years of recruitment experience with 2+ years in a team management role, preferably in a fast-growing or scale-up environment
  • You have successfully managed high-volume and excellence focused recruitment operations in a KPI-driven environment
  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision for your team and stakeholders
  • You have proven experience collaborating with and influencing tech and product leaders at senior levels
  • You have a user-first attitude, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs & perspectives of both your team and stakeholders, with a solutions-first approach to recruitment challenges
  • Full proficiency in English; German or French language skills are a plus
