A leading IT consulting firm in Bordeaux is seeking an experienced System Developer to join an agile delivery team. This role involves managing existing IT solutions and developing new systems. Candidates must have a strong background in .NET and C#, with at least 4 years of relevant work experience, as well as experience in agile environments and strong communication skills in Swedish. Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in system development within .NET.
  • 4+ years of experience in C# development.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures.
  • 2+ years of experience in both frontend and backend development.
  • 4+ years working in agile teams, actively participating in Scrum.
  • Ability to express oneself in Swedish.
  • Experience working with MVC or Blazor is highly valuable.

About the Role

Youwill be part of an agile delivery team in the role of system developer, which currently consists of Scrum master, system developer, tester, requirements analyst and product owner responsible for the backlog. The work includes both management of existing IT solutions and new development. The assignment may also include tasks in other areas within our IT department. You must work during regular working hours, which are between 06 : 30 and 18 : 30. It may be necessary to be on standby in connection with production starts. These occasions are planned if necessary together with the IT delivery manager and the delivery teams. Any standby must always be initiated and decided by the Swedish Transport Agency.

Key Requirements
  • At least four (4) years of documented work experience in system development within the .NET platform (.NET Framework and / or .NET Core / .NET 5+). The experience must be from assignments / projects carried out within the last six (6) years from the last tender date.
  • At least four (4) years of documented experience in development in C#. The experience must be from assignments / projects carried out within the last six (6) years from the last tender date.
  • At least three (3) years of documented experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including development of stored procedures, data modeling and performance optimization. The experience must be from assignments / projects completed within the last five (5) years from the deadline for submission of bids.
  • At least two (2) years of continuous experience working with both frontend and backend development in the same project or delivery team. Frontend can include frameworks such as React, Angular or similar. The experience must be from assignments / projects completed within the last six (6) years from the deadline for submission of bids.
  • At least four (4) years of experience working in agile delivery teams, according to e.g. Scrum. The experience must include active participation in sprint planning, demo, retrospective and daily meetings. The experience must be from assignments / projects carried out within the last six (6) years from the last date of tender.
  • Good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
MERIT REQUIREMENTS
  • At least three (3) years of current experience in development in MVC or Blazor.
  • At least two (2) years of current experience in RabbitMQ.
  • At least two (2) years of current experience in nServiceBus.
  • At least two (2) years of current experience in Microsoft SSIS packages.
  • At least two (2) years of current experience in working with system development in agile teams within a government agency.
  • At least two (2) years of current experience in working in projects or administration that handle security-sensitive information, e.g. personal or vehicle data.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in DevOps-related work, such as CI/CD, automated testing, and version control (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
