Your Role

We are looking for a Store Manager with a keen eye for luxury and design, a genuine interest in our brand, and a real passion for working out and wellness. In this role, you will act as an ambassador in making each and every customer feel special from the moment they come through our doors.

As a Store Manager, you will drive your team to achieve targets, find new ways to maximize sales and profits, organize training activities to help further develop your team, and make sure that everything in the store looks inviting at all times;

You will lead by example and demonstrate our key values of Passion and Responsibility.

Your Impact
  • Direct the FlagShip/Store/Corner in order to achieve sales objectives ensuring a supreme customer experience
  • Be proactive in attracting new customers, promoting and organizing events in order to generate new business opportunities
  • Participate in and involve the sales teams in design events and trade shows
  • Nurture relationships with clients, in-store and outside the store, implementing customer database activities
  • Promote a unique, memorable shopping experience by implementing customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills and aptitude
  • Ensure store team participation by providing training sessions to develop and strengthen their knowledge on different topics such as collections, selling techniques and brand and inspiration stories
  • Liaise with other departments to guarantee excellent customer service
  • Ensure good maintenance, a safe environment, excellent functioning of the store as well as respect for visual merchandising instructions and excellent grooming standards
  • Guarantee extensive knowledge of brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities
  • Facilitate and promote cooperation across Consumer Sales Channels (Retail, Teleselling and Field Sales)
About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to‑earth and ethical. You have a passion for design, luxury goods, fashion, Made in Italy, art, working out and a healthy lifestyle.

What you should bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience as Store Manager in a luxury retail environment, preferably in the design field or working with luxury products
  • Managerial experience with an emphasis on developing a business
  • Previous retail management experience, exceptional customer-service skills, as well as a commercial focus and a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media
  • Ability to think strategically and a demonstrable entrepreneurial/hands‑on approach
  • Bold sense of initiative
  • Ability to acquire some expertise in Store operation applications (Salesforce, SAP)
  • Excellent team leadership
  • Ability to create and cultivate a network
