A dynamic staffing agency is seeking a customer service representative to join their team in Lyon, France. The ideal candidate should have excellent Spanish and English skills, along with a proactive mindset and sales awareness. This position offers a dynamic work environment, meal and transport allowances, and private health insurance that is fully covered after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, telesales, account management, customer success, or business development-related roles.
• Must hold an EU ID, Residence Card, or valid Visa.

Description du poste

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Setup: On-site

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 (rotative shifts)
• 2 rotative days off per week
• At a later stage, the client may switch to 24/7 coverage (rotative shifts)

Your Profile

• Spanish language skills at C2 level
• English language skills at minimum B2 level
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, telesales, account management, customer success, or business development-related roles
• Strong sales awareness and ability to influence seller success (mandatory)
• Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
• Must hold an EU ID, Residence Card, or valid Visa
