What you will do
  1. Lead the development of sponsor and institution/investigator contracts (obtain agreement on fallback language) and process improvements.
  2. With legal counsel, analyze, review, and draft contracts with investigators or other consultants/vendors.
  3. Advise WCT Project Managers and Clinical Operations employees on contractual issues for investigator, sponsor, and vendor contracts.
  4. Review study budgets and costs pertaining to contract negotiation and participate in business development activities (bids and proposals).
  5. Lead other Contract team members and provide assistance, training, and support when needed.

Your background
  1. 1-3 years’ experience as Contract Specialist.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Science, or a related field.
