What You'll Do
As the Engineering Lead for the Data Logistics team, you will take ownership of a high-impact team responsible for building and evolving Criteo’s services for data exchange with customers. This includes:
- The Data Exchange Portal – our self-service interface for live and batch data exchanges
- The Data Logistics API Suite – powering programmatic access to workflow definition, lifecycle, testing, and observability
- The Data Logistics Engine – the underlying execution engine
- The Data Contract Registry – enabling internal teams to integrate their data services
- The Data Cloud Apps – integrating Criteo’s data services into cloud ecosystems
You will lead a team of experienced engineers who enable internal and external customers to seamlessly connect with Criteo’s data services. You’ll also play a key role in driving adoption of standardized data contracts across Criteo engineering teams.
- Lead the development and evolution of Criteo’s data exchanges infrastructure
- Drive technical excellence in API design, scalability, observability, and security
- Collaborate with Platform to maximize reuse and reusability of API Framework, Data Governance, Data Transport and Data Storage services.
- Mentor and grow engineers across a range of seniority levels, including those more experienced than yourself
- Shape the long-term vision and roadmap for data logistics at Criteo
Who You Are
- Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams in data infrastructure or API development
- Deep understanding of modern data processing architectures (streaming, batch, hybrid)
- Expertise in API design and lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of observability, security, and scalability best practices
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
- Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
