A global financial technology leader is seeking a Senior Presales Consultant to support presales activities across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in fintech, expertise in banking digital practices, and be proficient in English and French. Responsibilities include presenting solutions, supporting sales processes, and improving customer banking experiences. Within SBS the Digital Engagement Global Business Unit is in charge of developing, commercializing and operating the Digital Banking Suite (DBS) – the front‑end, customer‑facing engagement products (web, mobile, other digital channels) – as well as our offerings across Open Banking, AI & CRM and Digital Lending.
We are seeking a new Senior Presales Consultant to contribute to our success by supporting presales activities in various geographies (EMEA). The role involves studying, designing and proposing convincing and surprising digital solutions based on our portfolio of R&D components to win digital banking opportunities.
Contacts include customer sales representatives in each geography as well as product, marketing directors and architects.
Present and pitch our portfolio of solutions, highlighting the business and technological added value.
Demonstrate our added value through the use of product live demos.
Support the sales forces throughout the sales cycle, especially in the development of commercial proposals.
Propose and illustrate ideas and feedback to improve the banking experience of customers during the presales phases.
Participate in technical evaluations of companies that can become partners.
Solid experience in a software company, fintech or consulting firm.
Expertise in the best digital practices in the banking world and competence in the main banking business processes.
Autonomous, proactive, creative and responsive in daily work.
Ability to argue and convince clients during decision‑making phases.
A passion for innovation and research on differentiators.
Customer‑service focus (internal and external) and ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in oral and written English and French is required.
