Finary is a hybrid remote company. Our talented team is currently based in France and across Europe. Our office is located in the heart of Paris, and we organize on-site every 6 weeks.

About the Role

At Finary, our mission is to empower our team to ship features and growth bets autonomously and at scale - all while maintaining quality, performance, and maintainability. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in :

• Developing Impactful Features : Own end-to-end development of key product features that drive user engagement and growth.
• Optimizing Processes : Automate repetitive tasks and fine-tune development processes to boost team velocity.
• Ensuring Quality & Reliability : Write and maintain high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code with solid test coverage on critical features.
• Collaborating Cross-Functionally : Work closely with Product and Design teams to rapidly prototype, iterate on new ideas, and contribute to technical decisions and architecture discussions.
• Driving Continuous Improvement : Act as a technical leader, proactively identifying performance improvements and scalability enhancements.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You

• Master Fullstack Technologies : You have expertise in frontend frameworks (React / Next.js) and / or Ruby on Rails stacks. You are able to independently build backend solutions when needed.
• Exhibit Ownership & Leadership : You act autonomously within your scope, take initiative, and communicate clearly and effectively with the team.
• Embrace a Growth Mentality : You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, continuously seeking feedback and using data-driven approaches to improve both your work and the product.
• Are Detail-Oriented : You care about UI / UX consistency and prioritize performance and accessibility.
• Keep Security & Performance in Mind : You understand the importance of security best practices and performance optimization, always building with long-term maintainability in mind.
• Move Fast & Iterate : You work efficiently in short development cycles, delivering prototypes and features quickly without compromising on quality.

Bonus Points If You

• Have Figma & Design Systems Experience : Familiarity with Figma and established design systems to bridge the gap between design and development.
• Possess Rails (or Similar) Background : While frontend mastery is key, bonus points if you have a solid foundation in Rails or another backend framework and can build complete backend solutions.
• Are Passionate About Finance : A genuine interest in finance, investing, or personal wealth management that helps you connect with Finary's mission and user base.
