The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in SaaS sales and account management, with strong negotiation and communication skills. Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients to drive retention and expansion.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximize the value of LumApps solutions.
  • Strategic Selling: Lead complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close large deals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to drive business innovation.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving customer growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital workplace solutions, employee engagement, and internal communications.
  • Experience in Generative AI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Fluent in English and bilingual in French.
