We’re looking for passionate Total Rewards Consultants to join our team in France. You’ll help leading organisations—from fast‑growing startups to global multinationals—navigate transformation and growth through smart, data‑driven reward solutions.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Total Rewards Advisory team, you’ll work on high‑impact projects across France and internationally, including :

  • Designing and auditing reward strategies for all employee levels, with a focus on Executive Compensation, Sales Incentives, and Governance.
  • Leading job classification and grading projects using Korn Ferry’s cutting‑edge digital tools and the Hay methodology.
  • Developing tailored solutions that align reward systems with business strategy and company culture.
  • Creating compelling presentations and insights that help clients make informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with senior consultants and partners to shape proposals and deliverables.
  • Engaging directly with client stakeholders, including executives, to drive meaningful change.
What You Bring
  • A relevant higher degree (Master’s or equivalent) in HR, Business, Law, Engineering, or similar.
  • 6+ years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, or HR—ideally in consulting or industry.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and reward system design.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • A collaborative mindset, analytical thinking, and a client‑focused approach.
  • Confidence, resilience, and a drive to deliver results in complex environment.
