Senior Market Access Manager/France will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies and programs to ensure the availability and reimbursement of our products in France. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare system, regulatory environment, and payer landscape in France on national and local levels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement market access strategies to secure access, reimbursement and optimal pricing for our products
  • Lead negotiation strategy in front of payors
  • Lead early access strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare authorities, payers, and industry associations
  • Conduct health economic analyses and prepare value dossiers to support product reimbursement applications
  • Monitor and analyze changes in healthcare policies and regulations that impact on market access
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and commercial, to align market access strategies with overall business objectives
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market access opportunities and challenges
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events
  • Enforce strict adherence to all applicable compliance requirements, including EFPIA guidelines, French Pharmaceutical regulations, and Syneos Health, and client’s SOPs and ethical guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor\'s degree in health economics, public health, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Rare Disease Experiences
  • Experience in market access, health economics, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record
  • Strong understanding of the French healthcare system, early access pathways, reimbursement processes, and regulatory environment
  • Familiar with in-country Compliance rules (Loi DMOS, Sapin II)
  • Willingness to travel in-country and abroad
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in French and English
