The team
The Revenue Operations team is a Business Partner for all customer-facing teams at UpSlide, covering 5 geographies (France, UK, Germany, US, Singapore). It is responsible for our commercial tool stack, our Sales and Customer Success processes and enablement, and informing GTM strategy through the generation of insights. The team is in a fast-scaling phase, based on solid financials and full C-suite support, to contribute to a 30% growth trajectory. Four strong today, the team is currently searching for its first Salesforce Technical Admin. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll shape a brand-new function from the ground up, with a global reach. Across all of our offices, you’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Sales Admin, and Product teams to drive impact across every BU through a state-of-the-art CRM. Responsibilities
- System Administration (30% of time dedicated): Manage and maintain the CRM platform and related business systems; Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings; Implement system updates and enhancements to optimise functionality
- Data Management & Integrity (30% of time dedicated): Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures; Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness; Develop automated solutions for data cleansing and deduplication
- Integration & Automation (30% of time dedicated): Design and implement integrations between CRM and other business applications; Create, maintain, and continuously improve workflows and automation to streamline business processes; Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- User Support & Training (10% of time dedicated): Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users; Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation; Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions to maximise user adoption
Your goals
- 3 months: Assess existing infrastructure, data model, and workflows. Design an optimised version, prioritise the change plan, to then implement it
- 6 months: Salesforce has become the “One source of truth”, the infrastructure is efficient, and the GTM teams’ needs are met
- 9 months: Every UpSlider loves Salesforce
Qualifications
- Full professional proficiency in English & French
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin / Developer in a B2B SaaS environment
- A mastery of the Salesforce environment (Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, testing procedures)
- A problem-solving and analytical mindset, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- A team-player mindset. As the Salesforce owner, you will be involved in Run and Build projects and must be able to work as part of a project team, even if you are the only expert in your field
- Good communication & interpersonal skills. You can effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, and manage internal support tickets efficiently
- A passion for Salesforce. You like to transform business needs into concrete technical solutions, and you’re impact-driven
We’d love it if
- You are Salesforce certified - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201), Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred
