Position Summary

A new opportunity has opened for a Sales Representative within a dynamic and growing organization. This is a pivotal role in the commercial team, ideal for a motivated and experienced professional with a background in chemical product sales—preferably within the personal care sector. The position is remote, and candidates should be based near a major international airport to support frequent travel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and gross margin growth across assigned segments, customers, and territories. This role offers the chance to shape account strategies and contribute meaningfully to the broader business objectives. It requires adaptability, resilience under pressure, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and gross margin targets for assigned accounts and territories.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and prospecting.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Participate actively in commercial excellence initiatives, including account planning, visit preparation and follow‑up, and CRM pipeline management.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations on commercial activities, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and market opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts to support supply chain and business planning.
  • Assist with collections and support customer service teams as needed.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance commercial performance.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of commercial experience in the personal care or beauty sector, ideally within the French market.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Based in France, preferably near a major international airport.
