We hire a Sales manager (m. / f.)

Scope : KinetiX - EMENA region (Europe Middle East North Africa)
Location : Gennevilliers (Paris area)
How will you make a difference?

As Sales Manager for the EMENA region, you will drive growth by building strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and partners. Your main focus will be expanding our market presence and increasing the adoption of KinetiX solutions.

This role requires a results-driven, structured thinker with proven sales and business development experience, able to lead growth initiatives and strengthen partnerships.

Must Haves :
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in business development and sales.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic, proactive problem-solver; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Available to travel up to 30%.
Desired Characteristics :
  • Strong business and technical acumen; ability to translate complex concepts for business audiences.
  • Proven success developing and selling SW / HW solutions.
  • Experience in rail operations and technology stack (visual, acoustic, thermal analytics; machine vision; trend analysis).

  • Consistent achievement of sales targets and market growth.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results.
What will your typical day look like?
  • Implement commercial strategies and manage account plans.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and guide actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with other Wabtec companies to align portfolio offerings to customer needs.
  • Manage client relationships and lead customer engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure product positioning and competitive advantage.
  • Monitor performance using key metrics, report findings to leadership, and help set financial targets.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales and revenue goals, bringing customer insights to development.
