These sessions combine well-being, creativity, and team development, delivered directly at major client offices or selected venues. We are a Paris-based, global-startup with a current focus on France, western and northern Europe (incl. Nordics), as well as UKIR. You will be a core sales face in the markets, driving new corporate partnerships, generating repeat opportunities, and earning ongoing commission, all with full flexibility and independence.
Your Role
- Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams, managers, sales/marketing leaders)
- Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients
- Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business
- Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner
- Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for clients
Ideal Candidate
- Freelance commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile
- Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries
- Fluent in French and English (other EU languages are a plus)
- Self‑driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients
- Based in Paris ideally

Requirements
- Sales experience (account acquisition/management) in France
- Ok with working on commission-only for the coming months
- Freelance commercial/sales profile or experienced B2B sales profile
- Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries
- Fluent in French, English (other EU languages are a plus)
- Self‑driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients
- Paris‑based ideally
- Bonus: EMEA experience or key European cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin, etc.
