Responsibilities
  • Based in a home office, ideally along the Reims–Nancy axis, and reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will also work closely with our market managers and application engineers, both in France and within the Group.

  • You will develop your region (departments 02, 03, 10, 21, 25, 51, 52, 55, 54, 57, 67, 68, 70, 88, and 90) by building loyalty among your existing machine manufacturer (OEM) and end-user clients, supporting your distributor partners, and expanding your portfolio by acquiring new accounts.

  • Your technical and commercial approach is based on expertise (following internal training), advisory service, and the proposal of innovative, high value-added solutions, with a focus on the quality of products and services. You are committed to growing your geographical area.

Qualifications
  • Ideally holding a dual technical and commercial background, you have over 5 years of experience in selling mechanical products and solutions (bearings, gearboxes, transmissions, pumps, geared motors, etc.) or chemical products (lubricants, adhesives, plastics, paints, gases, etc.) with a manufacturer or a specialized distributor.

  • You are solution-oriented and enjoy building long‑term, high‑quality relationships, combining a results‑driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a working knowledge of English for communication within the Group. German would be an asset. You are willing to travel, spending 2 to 3 nights per week away from home.
