A global adtech company in Nouvelle-Aquitaine is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Intern to support the Sales Effectiveness team with Salesforce and enhance sales processes. The role offers hands-on experience in sales operations within the ad tech industry. Ideal candidates will be pursuing a degree in a related field with strong analytical and communication skills. Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about digital advertising, ad tech and sales operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

  • Assist with basic Salesforce administration and user issues.
  • Create and update process documentation and user guides.
  • Build e-learning modules and support onboarding initiatives.
  • Provide daily operational support to commercial teams.
  • Assist in data cleansing and uploads to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to suggest improvements.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce-related technical problems with IT.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features.
  • Share insights for enhancing sales effectiveness.

About the Role

As a Sales Effectiveness Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Sales Effectiveness team with Salesforce‑related tasks and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on supporting the commercial teams in leveraging Salesforce to improve efficiency, enhance data accuracy and streamline sales processes.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in sales operations & effectiveness within the ad tech industry.

What you will be doing
  • Assist with basic Salesforce administration, troubleshoot user issues, update fields, and maintain dashboards used by commercial teams while supporting data accuracy checks and contributing to ongoing improvements in sales processes and tools.
  • Create and update process documentation, user guides, and tool reference materials to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Build e-learning modules and training materials using the assigned platforms; support onboarding and tool adoption initiatives.
  • Provide daily operational support to commercial teams by resolving tool blockers, answering questions, and guiding proper workflow usage.
  • Assist in data cleansing, data uploads and data maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations & Effectiveness team to identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce‑related technical problems.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features.
  • Share insights and ideas for leveraging Salesforce to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
About you
