Chemical Sales / Account Manager

(2 positions – 1 Northern and 1 Southern France)

Location: France (Home-based with regular travel to customers)

The role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chemical Sales / Account Manager to develop and grow our business across either the Northern or Southern French territory . The successful candidate will manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and provide expert support to customers in pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of customers across the pharmaceutical market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, working closely with internal product and technical teams.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology , or a business discipline.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in chemicals, reagents, laboratory supplies, ingredients or chemical distribution
  • Proven track record of success in selling to French customers .
  • Proactive, driven and customer centric mentality
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage travel across the territory.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
