About the Role

Reporting to the Municipal Sales Manager for the European Union, the Regional Sales Manager drives growth in the municipal UV treatment market. This remote position is ideal for candidates based in northern France, with up to 60 % travel required. It demands autonomy, strong business acumen, and the ability to design and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create monthly sales plans to meet targets using customer engagement, value selling, and funnel management.
  • Build a strong network of municipal customers and channel partners to promote Trojan UV/Aquafides solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders influencing purchasing decisions.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competition, and opportunities during monthly reviews.
  • Engage in sales activities: site visits, trade shows, demos, and channel management.
  • Provide field input for corporate initiatives (market research, Kaizen, beta testing).
  • Support proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Track KPIs monthly and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within wastewater, drinking water, or environmental sectors.
  • A degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or engineering (preferred).
  • Fluent French and English (native French required).
  • Ideally based in northern France, with ability to travel up to 60 % of the time.
