About the Role

The Project Manager is part of the service organization overseeing industrial turbines and compressors across West Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland, and the Netherlands). Working closely with the West Europe team and Global Centers of Competence, the manager will oversee projects from order acknowledgement to finalisation, coordinating resources and materials to enable major and minor outages and other service‑related projects.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities revolve around managing project lifecycles, stakeholder communication, and resource planning to deliver outcomes on time and on budget.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute projects within the committed timeline and budget, providing regular progress reports.
  • Lead change management, risk assessment, and claim management activities.
  • Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relations to ensure smooth implementation of service contracts and projects.
  • Identify and organise required resources, including subcontractors, local and overseas SE staff, and specialists.
  • Communicate with and support Global Engineering and Manufacturing locations.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities (e.g., modernisations or upgrades) and be willing to travel as necessary.
What You Bring
  • 3‑5 years of project‑management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a combination of Business and Engineering.
  • Knowledge or experience with rotating equipment (asset).
  • Experience in OnePM (asset).
  • Excellent command of English and French (written & spoken); German or Dutch an asset.
  • Broad commercial and contractual understanding to effectively interact with customers, management, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
