Offer Description

Within the Research Departement, under the authority of the head of the Research Project Development and Monitoring Unit and in functional liaison with the project leader, the project manager oversees the implementation and management of the European project HORIZON EUROPE ERC POLYBOTA - 101220035. He/she ensures regular monitoring, in particular of timesheets, and checks the eligibility of expenses. He/she is the main point of contact for the project leader and central services in terms of monitoring.

Activities

• Support the scientific manager in implementing the project and monitoring the work plan (monitoring deliverables, drafting activity reports, etc.)
• Act as an intermediary between the European Commission, the consortium and the scientific manager
• Liaise with the project leader, project teams and partners
• Check the eligibility of expenditure in accordance with applicable regulations (institutional, European, national)
• Coordinate the recording of timesheets for contract and permanent staff
• Coordinate scientific and financial reports, both periodic and final, in conjunction with the relevant departments for the justification of expenditure
• Support the archiving of documents and supporting documents
• Support the monitoring of project data management plans
• Implement communication actions (dissemination of information, website management, etc.)
• Advise research teams and management departments on the execution of contracts
• Create and update databases and monitoring tools
