A leading consultancy firm in Paris is looking for a motivated professional to provide project support. You will prepare budget estimates, manage contracts, and ensure quality outputs. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a degree in construction or related fields. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French are required. As part of our expansion on a national and international level, we are looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our team. The role will be based in our Paris office with a flexible hybrid working approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support for day to day delivery responsibility for projects and programmes of work and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare budget estimates, cost plans and client reports.
  • Support evaluation of tenders, contractor selection and contract documentation.
  • Contract administration including preparation of valuations, forecasts, cost reports and attendance at project meetings.
  • Preparation of bills of quantities, schedules of rates, or other methods of work evaluation.
  • Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner to a high standard of quality
  • Undertake service delivery is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Practice, particularly Health and Safety and Quality Assurance.
  • Provide services in compliance with the client's corporate governance procedures where applicable.
  • Experience with Hotel Projects is of advantage
  • Filing of project correspondence in accordance with requirements.
Qualifications
  • Ideally degree qualified : construction, cost management, engineering, quantity surveying or other RICS accredited degree.
  • Good interpersonal skills with both client and staff.
  • Good analytical skills, sound judgement and an aptitude for forward planning.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Basic pre and post contract technical cost management skills.
  • A similar experience of minimum 3 years in a similar role
  • Self-initiated and independent working style, high level of commitment and enjoy working in a team
  • Organisational talent with a fast, precise, and structured way of working
  • Very good and experienced handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
